Leave from Guyra Tourist Information Centre (Rafters), on the New England Highway.

Cross the New England Highway and over the Railway line near Children’s Play area into Car Park (150 m) and turn left, heading South  onto Bradley Street.

Follow the main street which becomes Lagoon Rd.

At 3.2 km mark Lagoon Rd veers right, continue.

At 10.3 km mark, Lagoon Rd turns from tar to gravel, continue.

At 11.35 km, turn left at T Intersection, continue on Lagoon Rd.

At 15.30 km, turn left onto Toms Gully Rd (tar), towards Black Mountain village (back on tar).

At 15.9 km (in village), turn left onto Black Mountain Rd which takes you back towards Guyra.

OPTIONAL:  At 23.7 km turn left under railway underpass and turn right, back onto Lagoon Rd/Bradley Street towards town.

OR:  Continue on Black Mountain Rd to T Intersection of New England Highway and turn left to return to Tourist Information Centre
